How many extensions are included?
Each member account includes five four-digit extensions.
Can I add more extensions?

Can a member have a regular phone number and 911 service?
Yes. A dedicated phone number is available for $5.00 per month, and 911 service can be activated using the member's registered service address. Contact us for availability and any applicable fees.
Can family members call from another location?
Yes. Approved family members and contacts can connect from compatible devices and supported applications.
Is technical support included?
Yes. Remote setup and technical support are included with active FreedomConnect plans.
Can retirement homes and businesses manage multiple accounts?
Yes. Facility and organization plans include centralized account and extension management.
Can FreedomConnect call 911?
A dedicated FreedomConnect number can have 911 service activated. The registered service address must be accurate and current. FreedomConnect is not a medical alert, nurse call, emergency monitoring, or guaranteed emergency response service.
How does the 7-day free trial work?
The $9.95 base service is free for seven days. Setup is free through December 31, 2026. Selected add-ons and hardware are charged immediately at checkout. On day 8, your full monthly service total, including recurring add-ons, begins and then renews monthly until cancelled.
